The primary purpose of the Business Intelligence Analyst Senior is to provide support in building and developing complex reports and dashboards as well as delivering timely and accurate data used in management reporting, dashboards, and other ad-hoc analysis that enable key business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data produced by third party vendor for accuracy and completion working to resolve issues and providing solutions based on analysis.
- Work with senior leadership to assist in reporting and providing recommendations based on analysis.
- Analyze internal data to create reporting and dashboards for compensation planning.
- Analyze and define system’s scope, objectives, and costs based on both business and user needs and consider the business implications of the current and future environment, as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop Power BI dashboards as needed.
- Work with Sales Operations leadership to develop Power BI dashboards as needed for special projects.Provide extensive and detailed data analysis and validation processing as required for reporting and support.
- Performs other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
Preferred Education: BS degree in a finance or accounting, business or technical field or related field or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Work Experience (years): 5-8 years of experience related to Sales Operations or Finance experience.

Key Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and data management skills.
