**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of **AI engineers**, fostering growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with **product managers and stakeholders** to define AI project goals and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and implement **AI models and algorithms** to tackle complex business challenges.
- Oversee the **AI model lifecycle**, including **data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment**.
- Stay ahead of **AI and machine learning trends**, ensuring best practices are incorporated into our solutions.
- Utilize **advanced analytics and visualization techniques** to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure AI solutions are **scalable, secure, and efficient**.
- Lead research efforts to explore **new AI techniques and innovations**.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.** in **Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science**, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an **AI Engineer or Data Scientist**, with a track record of **leading AI projects**.
- Strong proficiency in **machine learning frameworks** and **programming languages** (e.g., **Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch**).
- Expertise in **data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation**.
- Excellent **problem-solving and critical-thinking** skills.
- Strong **leadership, communication, and team management** abilities.
