**Creative**
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and themes for event execution, including pre-opening celebrations, festive occasions, and other ad hoc client requests.

**Planning and Coordination**
- Plan monthly menus and ad hoc event menus in collaboration with internal stakeholders,including Operations Managers, Unit Managers, Chefs and Cooks.
- Coordinate event props and decorations in advance, ensuring outlets are properly themed before festivities or special events.
- Organize and assist in planning events such as outlet pre-opening celebrations, festive occasions and special client-requested events.
- Manage logistics efficiently, working closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

**Others**
- Create corporate collaterals such as menus, food tags, price tags, and notice posters.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of event props and work areas.
- Source and liaise with new external vendors for event collaborations and partnership opportunities.
- Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus.
- Singaporeans preferred.
