**Responsibilities would include**:

- Supporting origination, evaluation, structuring and management of investments in private debt opportunities in Asia-Pacific region. These investments are for the purposes of acquisition financing, mezzanine financing, promoter loans, growth funding, holding company financing
- Involved in the execution of every deal transaction and day-to-day operations within the firm
- Full involvement in the investment evaluation and execution process
- Develop financial models to forecast future performance and compute credit metrics
- Conduct independent fundamental credit analysis and due diligence
- Calibrate financing needs of prospective borrowers
- Evaluate proposed transaction structures robustness
- Prepare investment memos with investment thesis, credit risk assessments and recommendations
- Teaming with third-party consultants, legal counsel, management teams, and industry sources
- Facilitate meetings with internal investment committee for credit approval
- Participate in various fundraising activities

Preferably 2-5 years working experience in similar investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, debt finance, leveraged acquisition finance, project or structured finance, private debt etc.
- Degree in any discipline, with excellent academic qualifications
- Experience in managing due diligence, execution of deals and transaction documentation processes.
- Good interpersonal, presentation & written communication skills
Familiar with various platforms to do business and industry information research
- Positive, resourceful and a strong team player.
