About Us:
We are a leading ESL (English as a Second Language) centre dedicated to providing a clean, welcoming, and conducive environment for our students and staff. With two strategic locations at International Plaza and 111 Somerset, we aim to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across both premises.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Maintenance:

- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas daily.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, windows, and furniture regularly.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure all areas are free of dirt and debris.
- Waste Management:

- Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with the centre’s guidelines.
- Ensure bins are emptied and cleaned daily.

Stock & Supplies:

- Monitor cleaning supplies and restock items such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Notify management when supplies are running low.

Special Cleaning Tasks:

- Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically, including carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Handle emergency cleaning needs as required.

Health & Safety Compliance:

- Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Use cleaning products safely and store them appropriately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Willingness to work across both locations (International Plaza and 111 Somerset).
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Working Hours:

- Full-Time: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Compensation:

- Able to claim for transport between the two locations.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
