**Roles & Responsibilities**
1. ADMINISTRATION
a. Prepare the scheduling, planning and coordination of Club’s seasports courses and trainings.
b. Attend to queries on seasports courses and trainings in a timely manner.
c. Coordinate with the Seasports team on each individual’s availability and prepare monthly roster for the department and submission of monthly attendance report.
d. Manage MPA matters such as renewals of craft license and registration of new crafts.
f. Ensure that the Club's Frontdesk is provided with accurate and timely information pertaining to seasports matters.
g. Provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings and preparation of reports related to seasports courses.
2. FINANCE
a. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc billings for seasports courses.
b. Attend to queries and disputes on billings and charges.
c. Liaise with the Finance department on all finance matters pertaining to the Seasports department.
3. MEMBERSHIP
a. Keep track of sailing member’s membership status and ensure that expired members are duly informed of their membership status.
b. Assist to recruit new members to the Club in the course of attending to enquiries.
c. Liaise with the Membership department on all membership matters pertaining to the Seasports department.
4. MARKETING
a. Promote and provide assistance on marketing efforts for all seasports related activities and events.
5. OTHER ACTIVITIES
a. Handle ad hoc projects as directed by the Seasports Manager.
b. Perform any other suitable duties commensurate with your qualifications, experience and/or appointment as may be decided by the management.
