Role and Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain solid customer relationship with new and existing counterparties, including regular visits and daily communications.

2. Track market activity and actively communicate internally to ensure adequate understanding of product fundamentals.

3. Understand the coal market and its dynamics, familiar with CPO, and importer/end-user channels in target countries, develop new market and trading channels globally.

4. Participate in various works related to Plantation.

5. Formulate CPO trading strategies, organize the implementation of plans, and ensure a smooth completion of business.

6. Participate in the formulation and negotiation of procurement and sales contracts, calculate procurement costs, and ensure the reasonable implementation of coal trade.

7. Coordinate communication between teams (Sales, Operations, Shipping, Purchasing) and be responsible for resolving problems or disputes about the source of supplier in the supply chain.

8. Generate and update report of physical price/future price and Market view of rhe market
- Min 3-5 year of experience in the Palm Oil industry
- Able to facilitate the sale of physical palm oil good around the region
- Have a network of buyer and seller in the regions
