We are expanding the finance function role and is now looking to hire a Full-Time Finance Executive to handle full sets of books.

As our Finance Executive, you will be reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, and work with him in our exciting start-up environment, where you will get to witness first-hand fundraising, fund management, client management, internal payroll structures, and more

If you answered yes to the above, here’s your chance to do just that We’re currently looking for someone who is familiar with finance, account management and budgeting principles, and can commit full-time to join us

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts payable/receivable management
- Calculation of monthly commissions + payments to therapists
- Reconciliation of monthly bank statements, including Stripe payments
- Assist CFO in cash flow management
- Invoice creation and management of full set up of books
- Assist in preparation of unaudited report for outside accounting firm
- Assist in preparation of annual budget & forecasting
- Payroll, allowances, claims and CPF computation and processing
- Employee income tax preparation (IR8A) and processing

**Skills / Experience**
- Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; ideally in a start-up environment
- Good knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting principles
- Independent and able to work in fast paced environment
- High level of verbal and written communication skill
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Asana & Slack
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software is a must
