Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with families to arrange and plan funeral services, including selecting caskets, urns, and other merchandise
- Coordinate and schedule funeral services and other events, such as visitations and receptions
- Work with funeral directors and staff to ensure all aspects of funeral services are executed flawlessly
- Manage funeral service budgets and expenses
- Maintain accurate records of funeral service arrangements and customer information
- Provide grief support and aftercare services to families
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Ensure all funeral services comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with families and provide emotional support
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer service
- Knowledge of funeral service regulations and industry best practices
- Proficient in funeral service software and technology
