Chiropractic Assistant

**WHO WE ARE**

Total Health Chiropractic are a chain of award winning chiropractic wellness clinics. We have 4 locations in Singapore - CBD, Tampines, Toa Payoh and Clementi.

We offer specialist chiropractic wellness care helping all our clients achieve optimal health without the use of drugs or surgery.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Tech Chiropractic Assistant (Tech CA) will work in our CBD clinic together with two Doctors of Chiropractic and a team of Chiropractic Assistants.

The Tech CA will work alongside the Doctors of Chiropractic helping with our patient care. You will assist our Doctors with the clinic flow, teach our clients simple exercises, carry out first visit checks and details etc. You will also be taught how to mark up X-rays using digital software ready for the Chiropractor's report of findings.

Please note that this role includes evening work and a Saturday until 2.30 pm. 5 day work week. (Wednesday and Sundays off).

The current work times are as follows and the successful applicant will be able to commit to these times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10 am to 8 pm (Break 2-4pm)

Saturday: 8.30 am to 2.30 pm

Closed all Public Holidays

The role will include:

- Greeting our clients by name
- Ensuring that the clients know if there is a waiting time
- Using iPads to find client details
- Inviting them for their adjustment when it is their turn
- Recording any necessary details
- Being ready to ‘take’ the client from the chiropractor when the adjustment is finished
- Ensuring everyone is complying with safe distancing measures and sanitizing all areas.
- Teaching our clients simple stretching exercises
- Assisting with the new clients by:

- Helping with their health history form
- Taking digital posture analysis
- Taking weight distribution test
- Recording necessary information
- Introducing them to the Doctor when ready
- Working as a team player, ready to help whenever necessary
- Assisting front desk when necessary.
- Congratulating our clients on ‘looking good’ or ‘moving well’. You remind our clients to watch their posture and develop good habits etc.
- Marking up the X-rays using digital software.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,250.00 per month
