Apart from its operating businesses, Paeonia Group invests globally through its investment arm, Paeonia Capital, across a diverse range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital/private equity funds and direct investments.

We are currently seeking an Analyst (Investment Operations) with a finance and/or investment background to join our team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Investment & Business Development Support**
- Conduct basic research and data collection to support investment analysis, market assessments, and business development initiatives.
- Support financial analysis tasks and building financial valuation models for investment opportunities.
- Participate in deal sourcing activities, including market research, industry event support, and initial screening of inbound investment opportunities.
- Assist in the maintenance of investment databases, trackers, and tools for monitoring portfolio companies and business opportunities.
- Support special projects as assigned, including due diligence coordination and preparation of background briefings.

**Administrative & Operational Support**
- Prepare, edit, and design professional presentations (slide decks) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately record, draft, and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and finalizing internal reports, memos, and investment documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and calls, manage scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience (investment, finance, accounting, or audit roles preferred).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience in slide preparation and data presentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the investment sector and openness to developing a broad skillset.
