**Engineer (Building), Facility Management**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee performance of outsourced maintenance providers for civil and building systems.
- Manage contract agreements, vendor performance, and ensure service standards are met.
- Support Building Managers in system breakdown investigations, audits, and maintenance programs.
- Guide vendors and ensure timely repairs, as well as monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs for facilities management.
- Handle risk management, contract renewals, and ensure adherence to finance and procurement processes.
- Lead investigations into system failures, ensuring root cause analysis and timely recovery.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in facilities management and building services.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience with contract management, vendor performance, and system maintenance.Certificate in Fire Safety Management is a plus.
