- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related work experience is preferred - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Banking domain knowledge and experience. - Experience in Agile and facilitation. - Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization. - Ability to develop strong relationships with key internal/external customers and approach every challenge with a customer-centric approach. - Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. - Strong change management skills and the desire to make a difference. - Ability to manage multiple projects in accordance with PMO standards and processes. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Demonstrated career growth with increasing levels of project scope and influence. - The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication and leadership skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
