Detail-oriented with extensive experience in construction and specializing in local residential landed projects.

**Contract Administration**:

- Proficient in contract administration, progress valuations, variation assessments, cost control, financial reporting and settlement of final accounts.
- Liaising with and attending site briefings and meetings with relevant parties to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion

**Project Management**:

- Skilled in managing tender, drafting subcontract agreements, handling VO & EOT claims and familiar with construction and local Authorities’ regulations.
- Advising site teams on contractual issues for ongoing projects ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Committed and with a strong sense of responsibility, reliability and ownership of tasks.

**Communication**:

- Excellent communication skills, adept at liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project team members.
- Strong ability to understand client objectives and needs.
- Prepared and finalized quotations and proposals based on client's needs.

**Cost Control**:

- Obtained competitive quotations from subcontractors for quote/cost comparison to managed cost and budgets.
- Experienced in progress claims and payments, cost control, variation orders and finalization of accounts and in preparing project budgeting estimations.

**Technical Skills**:

- Experienced to quote for excavation works, piling and steel structure works. Take-off quantities, bill of quantities preparation and materials calculations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Planswift and Microsoft Office.

**Education**

Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Construction Diplomas

**Languages**

Fluent in English and Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
