**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Basic Role**:
- In charge of production planning and scheduling.
- Supervise and lead Facility Maintenance Team (FMT)
- Execute the equipment maintenance program (corrective and predictive) with internal and external contractor(s).
- Involve in energy and sustainability program in Prima eg: ISO 50001 energy management system, risk assessment and etc.
- Manage the work safety related matter in production eg: work safety and health risk assessment, annual monitoring program on air and noise and etc.
- Responsible to update and maintain all the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), quality and safety documentation and relevant forms and records.
- Manage and upkeep all customer and certification audits (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal).
- In charge of pest control management.
- Conduct customer complaint investigation and report writing.
- Assist in training of Production staffs.
- Provide support to sections of Production department towards documentation implements and controls.
- Carry out any duties as assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of GMP/HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good command in oral and written English.
- Must be able to liaise with Chinese speaking production workers.
