**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Project Management:
- Undertake multiple projects concurrently.
- Commercials preparation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required to provide direction on systems analysis, gathering of requirements, design, development, testing, debugging and deployment of new functionalities and features.
- Garner user buy-in on Project: communicate new features and enhancement to internal stakeholders.
- Plan, Review, Coordinate and facilitate Project Schedules.
- Review and/or prepare documentation of training documents, technical requirements, software design sessions, process workflow definitions and systems architectural reviews as well as implement necessary change control procedures.
- Take initiative and make sound decisions within the guidelines provided.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of planned solutions into ongoing daily activities.
- Analyze and compile issues for Project Progress reporting.
- Design and implement path of transition from project closure to IT daily operations.
IT Operations Management:
- Design and implementation of IT policies and strategies including, but not limited to: Access/Security Control, Point of Sales Management, Inventory Control, Helpdesk Service Level Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures (Business and IT Operations) and Change Requests Management.
- Schedule IT department roster, including needs for standby after office hours and/or on weekends, if required.
- Schedule and conflict management for team tasks to ensure that the internal service level agreement is met.
- Manage existing vendors, in relation to IT procurement.
- Review maintenance agreements.
Resource Management
- Analysis of conflicting business/IT needs and preparation of case/proposition to streamline IT resource allocations.
- Change enabler: driving incremental or major process changes for technology adoption and/or adaption through involvement in business processes and policies.
- Assist IT Director in reviewing Year-on-Year department performance, route map and goal setting.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, with 3-4 years’ work experience in related field.
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and methodologies is essential.**:
- SAGE 300, Microsoft Dynamics NAV & JET Reports experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Prior experiences with other ERP and/or in Retail are also added advantages.
- Ability to work independently with little direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated skills utilizing project management tools and methodologies. Ability to meet stated deadlines, while managing multiple projects and activities.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Possess strong verbal and communication skills.
- Be willing to raise issues and concerns promptly.
- Singaporeans only.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
