**Key Responsibilities and Activities**:
**Logistics Management**:*

1. Proficient in Singapore's import and export processes and operations; familiar with customs policies, including HS code classification and duty-free equipment declaration processes; ensures the legality of logistics operations; and accurately classifies and declares import and export goods.

2. Understand Singapore's customs tax legislation, be able to plan logistics expenses effectively, and guarantee tax costs are optimized while adhering to laws and regulations.

3. Manage international sea transportation of bulk equipment (such as turbine module shipment), which includes designing transportation plans, regulating logistics costs, and monitoring process hazards.

4. Coordinate port unloading, temporary storage, and inland transit permits (Oversized Load Permit)..

**Customs Clearance and Document Management**

1. Track the shipping status of equipment and promptly address any anomalies during the transportation process.

2. Review import and export customs clearance documents, such as bills of lading (B/L) and certificates of origin (COO), to speed up the clearing procedure.

4. Create a logistics information tracking system by working with logistics agents and shipping businesses to build a real-time cargo tracking network that continuously monitors the flow of goods.

5. Manage and optimize document procedures to increase workplace efficiency.

**Data Management and Administration**

1. Maintain a ledger of procurement contracts, invoices, and guarantee documents, coordinating with the finance department to review the payment process.

2. Utilize cost management software (such as Primavera Unifier) for inventory balance analysis and fund planning optimization.

3. Maintain information on potential logistic suppliers and certified suppliers in the region.

**Cargo Delivery Assurance**

1. Monitor the delivery milestones of critical path materials.

2. Create emergency preparations for oversized transportation, including assessing road load capacity during the wet season.

**Claims and Insurance Management**

1. Handle marine cargo damage insurance claims (such as determining liability for equipment corrosion).

2. Manage Construction All Risks (CAR) insurance and third-party liability insurance clauses to ensure that the insurance coverage aligns with the company's risks.

**Requirements**:
1. A Master's degree in Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a BCA-accredited university is preferred.

2. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experiences in logistic;
3. Proficient in INCOTERMS 2020 international trade rules; familiar with the FIDIC Silver Book contract framework.

4. Capable of analyzing price fluctuations in bulk building materials (e.g., steel, cement) and forecasting market trends.

5. Certified Procurement/Supply Chain Credentials (e.g., CIPS - Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply or CSCP - Certified Supply Chain Professional) are strongly preferred.

6. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
7. International mindset and an ability to drive collaboration, both within BUCG and externally;
8. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop practical solutions;
