**Job Descriptions**
- **Trash Management** - Clear trash from bin chute and carry it to the bin center. Wash the bin chute and trash bins after collection.
- **Sweeping & Cleaning Outdoor Areas** - Sweep dry leaves on ramps and drop-off areas. Check and clean the surrounding facilities.
- **Concierge Area Maintenance** - Sweep, wipe tables and chairs, polish stainless steel bins, mop floors and clean glass weekly.
- **Gym Cleaning** - Vacuum, wipe and disinfect gym equipment. Empty trash bins.
- **Periodic Maintenance** - Perform scheduled cleaning tasks based on the work schedule.
- **Restroom Maintenance** - Touch up toilets and ensure toiletries are stocked.
- **General Facility Inspection** - Check and maintain the cleanliness of the premises
- Perform other tasks as assigned by stakeholder or supervisor.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday
- 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
