Singapore ACHIEVE TECHNOLOGY ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD Full time

1. Must have done 2 to 3 E2E implementation projects in SAP Ariba modules

2. Ariba Up and Downstream knowledge

3. Upstream - Sourcing, SLP, Contract

4. Downstream - Buying and invoicing, guided buying, catalog management, punchout catalogs

5. Integration knowledge with S/4 HANA or MDG/Any other External System

6. ERP experience S4/HANA knowledge, Interface with OneSource is plus

7. Experience on the localization requirement for the region.

8. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver system design and development for business requirements.

9. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices

10. Experience of implementing Ariba cloud version

11. Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects

12. Prior experience of multiple rollout projects for various countries is preferred.

14. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops or meetings with internal and external clients.

**Ariba Upstream**:
SLP:

- Experience in Creating Supplier Request Form, Supplier Registration Form, Supplier Qualification ,Preferred Supplier Management ,Supplier Disqualification ,Supplier Performance Management ,Supplier Self-Registration
- Creation/Updating of templates for SLP Modules (Supplier Request, Registration, Qualification, Preferred suppliers)

Sourcing:

- Creation/updating of templates for sourcing events (RFI, RFP and Auctions) for Quick and Full Sourcing Projects
- Ability to understand Scope or Requirement from customer & customize sourcing template.

Contract:

- Ability to collect and create from the client’s sourcing experts/contract managers via an Intake Form.
- Build the contract compliance record in Ariba and publish the contract
- Drive the End-to-end contract management process including contract authoring and approvals.

**Ariba Downstream**:
Buying and invoicing:

- Understanding S4hana & Ariba Landscape & Integration scenarios related to the Ariba Buying & Invoicing & Guided Buying
- Understanding of current scenarios & to be Scenarios with ongoing implementation with S4hana system.
- Hands-on Experience on Master Data Mapping in Ariba Buying & Invoicing integration with S4Hana
- Could perform Unit testing & Conduct UAT’s for each Module
- Integrating the sub modules and testing with different use cases.
- Understanding Master Data Management & Approval flows in P2P & Guided Buying.
- Should understanding of Ariba Catalogues & rules for Catalogue view for different users & Countries
- Should understand Vendor Master creation using S4Hana in Ariba P2P.
- Should be able to connect with relevant stakeholder like Ariba Sourcing, CIG team for various End Points integrations.
- Able to handle all the integration scenarios using Standard & custom fields in SAP CIG
- Able to connect with Ariba Lead & DSC Support for Activating CIG settings in Test & Prod realms
- Well versed with Best Practice scenarios in Ariba P2P including finance & Invoice Management.
