**Roles & Responsibilities**

The goal for this position is to actively contribute and add value to our video team. You will work closely with the videographers in our team to develop content that fulfills the client’s requirements and budget.

Success will be measured against the trust established within the team, together with the proactive demonstration of problem-solving skills in achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

**Job Scope**:

- Creation of concept, script & storyboard for commercial productions
- Preparation of shoot list independently or in conjunction with videographers
- Manage the requirements of the production, such as cast, crew, location, studio, equipment, logistics and budget.
- Provide creative inputs during the post-production process
- Communicate the vision and requirements of each shot
- Guide talent during the takes on the scene requirements and emotions required
- Video filming for events & commercial productions
- Video editing and post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Digital file management and other admin tasks
- If you are required to work on Saturday, Sunday & PH, off-in-lieu will be provided.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proactive problem solver
- Keen interest in the media industry
- Good knowledge with Sony A7 series cameras
- Competent with lighting & audio equipment for video production & live streaming
- Strong ability to work independently and with a team
- Good knowledge in video editing software such as Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Able to use initiative and common sense to find solutions to problems

**Other Details**:

- You will start with 14 days of annual leave, and you will receive 1 annual leave day increment for every 2 years worked, up to a maximum of 18 days per year.
- You will be working in the office half the time, and out for projects during other times.
- You will work in a trust oriented environment, integrity is very important.
