**Job Title**:Associate Brand & Content Marketing Manager

**Reports To**:Sales & Marketing Lead
**Role Purpose**: We are looking for a dynamic and creative brand and content marketing manager to lead Cove's brand development and marketing in Singapore. Your main focus will be to increase brand awareness and brand preference for Cove as the premier choice for home rental in Singapore. You will work closely to grow Cove's brand by developing brand campaigns, branded events, social media, influencer and partnership opportunities. You will also work closely with the operations and tenant experience team to maximize brand opportunities within our properties and through our customer journey.

**Goals/Deliverables**:

- Increase unaided awareness, depth of awareness and brand preference for Cove in Singapore.
- Develop and execute on a best in class organic social media strategy.
- Increase brand awareness and preference by developing and executing Cove's influencer marketing strategy.
- Create and maximize branding opportunities with Cove tenant events and inbound and outbound partnerships.
- Conceptualize, execute and measure digital brand campaigns.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead brand activity, campaigns and activation for Cove in the Singapore market.
- Work closely to develop and manage our influencer marketing strategy.
- In charge of our organic marketing strategy, including social media strategy and planning.
- Work close with the sales and marketing lead to develop opportunities for inbound partnership requests.
- Work closely with the tenant experience team to lead Cove event's strategy. Including organizing, marketing and creating branding opportunities.
- Work closely with the creative team and performance marketing team to ideate, produce and launch digital brand marketing campaigns.

**Experience and Qualifications Required**:
**Essential**
- An undergraduate degree in any field (business or creative related is a bonus)
- Strong professional track record
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in brand, social media or influencer marketing

**Preferred**
- Brand or content marketing experience in a marketing agency, high growth business.
- Background in hospitality, real estate or related fields.
