As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you’ll take the lead in turning ideas into meaningful visitor experiences across museums, exhibitions, and event environments. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creative problem-solving, is curious about new digital possibilities, and can confidently manage both the design process and production delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead creative and design production from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners
- Present and communicate ideas effectively
- Develop visually engaging proposals, mockups, and final assets
- Balance creativity with practical production know-how

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia, experience design, or related fields
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
- Effective communicator, both visually and verbally
- Highly organised and confident managing timelines and outputs
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Bonus: Experience with Figma, video editing, Mac Keynote, interactive media, or AI-supported tools
