**Overall Purpose of the Job**

Responsible for providing portfolio performance reporting, monthly data reconciliation, investment analysis and support Senior Managers to manage ACR fixed income, investment portfolio and treasury-related function. In addition, he/she will be involved in all other company/ group investment related projects, investment operation, administration and reporting functions.

- This is a 6 month Maternity cover contract role**Specific Responsibilities**
- Conduct and maintain regular quarterly, monthly and weekly investment portfolio database for data extraction, internal control and reporting function
- Prepare and submit regulatory and investment reports accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, audit and investment guidelines
- Perform monthly reconciliations of investment accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Monitor actual portfolio allocations versus SAA and review portfolio exposures and risk limits
- Prepare investment management reports and board papers for management meetings as required
- Assist Senior Manager in managing fixed income and other investment portfolio to achieve the objective of meeting the investment return and risk tolerance or as assigned.
- Provide analytical support in credit research/ investment recommendation, rating and sector allocation as well as portfolio construction
- Monitor investment portfolio positions/ performance/ risk/ compliance and follow-up on all outstanding issues
- Support delivery in other investment-related company/ group projects and platforms such as FOS investment system, Clearwater, risk management, analysis, reporting or any other responsibilities as required by management
- Maintenance of investment database and work with internal teams/ external stakeholder to gather necessary data and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- To assist and support Treasury-related function:

- Perform monthly/quarterly closing for treasury/ investment transaction posting, reconciliations for Custodians’ and other charges, and perform necessary documentation for annual audit confirmation for accounts verification; and
- Assist in settlements, clearance and records maintenance for the investment activities such as in-house bond settlements, derivatives settlements, external funds subscription/redemption.
