**Engineer/Senior Engineer, Manufacturing**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead engineering project team to improve manufacturing system / processes
- Lead production to meet quality, responsiveness & cost objectives
- Coordinate new product/project start up, pilot & ECO implementation
- Provide and improve manufacturing processes/equipment, fixtures/tools
- Plan, improve and control costs
- Conceive & implement quality improvement programs
- Supervise subordinates and implement company policies
- Provide an area of technology expertise
- Provide technical resource & training to staff

**Requirements**:

- Degree with minimum 4 years experience
- Experience in Soldering / die attach (such as Solder reflow, sintering, power device soldering etc) processes is essential
- Experience in adhesive dispense process is preferred
- Certifications in Structured Problem Solving methodologies such as RedX or I&CIM is preferred
