Technical Pm

We are seeking a motivated and coachable Technical PM, preferably with a background in AI, CRM, or MarTech to help drive the development and success of our products. This role is ideal for someone with junior to mid-level experience who is eager to grow and make a significant impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
- Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and support marketing and sales efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Background or experience in AI, CRM, or Martech is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn and grow.
