**Roles & Responsibilities**
- RTO (Architecture) with background knowledge and experience on supervision of Architectural, C&S and M&E works.
- Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
- Report to the Architect and C&S/M&E Engineer and ensure work carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
- Relevant experience in coordination of Architectural, C&S and M&E works.
- Attend site walk with Owner and Consultants.
- Highlight any critical issues, discrepancies and non-conformances/irregularities on site.
- Prepare, maintain and update site report and records on project progress.
- Monitor, report and assess site progress and quality standards.
- Ensure the Contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of work site.

**Requitements**
- Possess a Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant practical experience in full-time site supervision of Building works, architectural elements and finishing works for building construction sites in Singapore, preferably with Public Housing experience.
- Accredited Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES, with experiences in managing Architectural works.
- Possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, being responsible, meticulous and a good team player.
- Conversant in building statutory codes and requirements.
- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.
- Conversant in computer skills (MS Office, Autocad etc.)
- Able to work on shift, OT and on weekend.
