**Roles & Responsibilities
The testing & Commissioning field engineer supports the coordination and interfacing between customer interfaces and on-site teams for all tests, commissioning, and integrated testing activities.

**Functions
- Execute the T&C Strategy and Plan for the project according to the milestones defined by the customer.
- Plan and provide a periodic progress update on site T&C activities under the rolling programme and actual site installation progress.
- Document test results and structure information in such a way that records are always properly organized and up to date on a central web-based repository
- Prepare test & commissioning procedures and plans and follow up with submissions and clients' comments.
- Support and Coordinate with the teams undertaking the
- Liaise with procurement and logistics on material deliveries based on the T&C site activities forecast.
- Coordinate closely with the installation team to ensure the Testing & Commissioning schedule is up to date and considers any impact due to installation delays.
- Manage test equipment calibration status, logistics, and care.
- Support customers during the project review meetings with the Authority
- Report incidents or resource issues that need to be addressed by the management regarding T&C activity.

**Test & Commissioning execution
- Oversee Preparation of test & commissioning plans and procedures and manage the approval process with the Authority
- Perform the part of the site test & commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot and rectify failures that occur during the T&C phase.
- Record, report, and endorse test results.
- Create and maintain a punch list for problems found at the site and liaise with the Engineering team to propose an action plan.

**Experience & Soft skills
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Power Supply Systems for Railway
- At least three years of experience in electrical systems T&C activities
- Organized, good communication skills, and diligent
