**The Job**
Reporting to the Head, Investor Relations, you will be involved in creating design concepts and visuals for presentation decks and research articles for the investor community and business partners/associates, creating awareness and understanding about CapitaLand Investment’s current business landscape, operations and future development plans.

**Responsibilities**
- Source, create and edit graphics (e.g. photographs, illustrations, charts, graphs, tables) as well as turn drawings and other materials into digital images for use in production of various content
- Select/adjust text properties (e.g. size, column width, spacing) as well as position/integrate text and art elements to create visually appealing and cohesive layout for presentation decks, digital print or web pages
- Develop/produce quality and engaging output while keeping within tight deadlines
- Collaborate with graphic designer and writers to create new artwork or text
- Ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in desktop publishing, graphic design and/or inhouse production with strong portfolio of published works across platforms and styles
- Keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
- Strong typography, layout, illustration and design skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and other desktop publishing tools
