- With limited direction, organizes or leads cross-functional commodity team and drives commodity metrics, strategies and objectives while conducting risk analysis and recommending mitigation strategies
- Develops and gains business buy in for complex RFQ
- In addition to making supply chain optimization recommendations, participates in post-mortem analysis and process updates to support new products
- Drives resolutions for issues within the supplier and negotiates product cost and contracts, involving Senior Management as appropriate
- Tracks and monitors new technology development and supports supplier integration with organization strategy
- Responsible to develop and maintain contact and build relationships with key suppliers.

- Requires 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years with a Master's Degree.
