Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of work experience with account management, ad operations, or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with streamlining operational process (e.g., automation) and with SQL.
- Experience using business generation and/or ad serving solutions (e.g., DoubleClick AdExchange, AdSense, DoubleClick for Publishers, or other solutions).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Understanding of online advertising (e.g., ad serving, business generation solutions) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video, etc.).
- Ability to take initiative and work in a changing industry and team environment.
- Excellent analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills.

**About the job**:
The Global Partnership Sales Engine (GPSE) team is an integral part of creating efficiency and scale in support of our publisher business generation and platform solutions. The GPSE team is designed to accelerate operational activities and centralize work (e.g., operational activities like reporting, implementation, and optimization) away from the business teams so that they can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an extensive range of cross-functional teams on the Global Partnerships side of the business, to further evolve and scale support. You will also be working on data analysis, while leading projects independently.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate privacy and regulation from a strategic, financial, and operational point of view while translating internal/external data into actionable strategies for our account management teams and partners.
- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and product to drive efficiency and scale.
- Develop and lead ad hoc and multi-functional projects to help drive business growth for the Global Partnerships team and business engine service evolution.
