Key Role Description:
The Social/ Case Worker is responsible for facilitating change and improving lives for individuals, families, community facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To conduct casework management, including gathering information, conducting psycho-social assessment, identify common needs and goals for intervention

2. To demonstrate basic counselling as required

3. To plan, organise and implement group work

4. To organise and implement community outreach events

5. To provide programme evaluation for programmes conducted

6. To participate in research

7. Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required

Key Requirements/Qualifications (Accreditation):
**Technical Competencies**:

- People Oriented and excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills
- Analytical ability & problem-solving skills to analyse information quickly and accurately, and formulate decisions and make recommendations

**Core Competencies**:

- Committed and can-do attitude
- Team Player

**Preferred achievements / characteristics**:

- Recognized degree in Social Work OR
- Recognized degree with a graduate diploma in Social work
Prior experience as a social worker would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
