JR61706 ENGINEER - PIE YE

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Identifying and communicating processing and design issues that limit wafer yield.
- Perform daily analysis of electrical data as well as electrical and visual characterization of failing devices.
- Writes clear and concise reports, and offers daily presentations and clear yield reports with explanation of yield deviations and limiters
- Use knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing process to explain and resolve yield issues.
- Work with other internal YE groups and work to understand their constraints.
- Create/participate in multi-area focus teams to troubleshoot complex yield problems.
- Present data in large meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of Memory devices and function.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present data in large meetings
- Demonstrated ability to be dynamic and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people
- Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision, multi-task, prioritize and manage projects, and facilitate problem solving processes
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of electrical testing and characterization and device physics
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, JMP, and UNIX
