- 573972- The **Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP) **is an exclusive talent development programme developed by Enterprise Singapore in partnership with high-growth local companies that possess global ambitions to build a strong pipeline of young talent within their organisations. Talent will get the chance to hone industry expertise in a structured way, while equipping themselves with in-market knowledge and global business insights to become a future-ready leader. **Carro’s Management Associate Programme (CMAP)** is part of the SGEP, in partnership with Enterprise Singapore.

**Program Structure**:

- The Management Associate Program is structured to provide a holistic understanding of our business operations. Associates will rotate through four of the six available tracks, spending six months in each track. This rotational model ensures exposure to different business areas, fostering a well-rounded skill set and strategic insight into the company's operations.

**What you will do**:

- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure integrated solutions and foster a collaborative working environment.
- **Project Management**:Lead and participate in various projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- ** Learning and Development**: Engage in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
- ** Performance Reporting**:Regularly report on the progress of your assignments, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- ** Networking**: Build a strong professional network within the company and industry, attending events and forums as a company representative.
- ** Feedback and Improvement**:Provide feedback on program structure and content, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Management Associate Program.
- ** Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by embracing new challenges and opportunities across different business functions.

**Mentorship and Shadowing**:

- Each associate will have the opportunity to shadow a mentor throughout their rotation.
- Mentors will be leaders from the department to which the associate is assigned.
- Mentors will provide guidance, share insights, and support the associate's professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year working experience
- Minimum CGPA 3.3
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate and flexibility to adapt to different roles and functions.
