**Role Overview**
We're looking for a passionate and driven **Marketing Specialist**to join the **Legendairy Milk Singapore**team. This is a full-time, Singapore-based role ideal for someone who understands the needs of modern mothers and wants to play a key role in helping them on their breastfeeding journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns aligned with the global Legendairy Milk brand.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of Singaporean moms and trends in the breastfeeding/postpartum space.
- Manage social media channels, influencer outreach, and content creation (*including design and video).
- Support sales strategies through marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Engage with customers across platforms, ensuring a high standard of service and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure brand consistency while tailoring messaging for the local market.

**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in market research, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Advance design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for supporting moms and families.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience in the FMCG, wellness, or maternity sectors in Singapore.
