At Beth, we celebrate Italian-European cuisine, exceptional coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a **barista** who is passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and excited to join a friendly, dynamic team. Whether you’re an experienced barista or just starting out, we’re happy to provide training and support to help you grow in this role.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
Passionate about coffee and eager to learn new skills
Comfortable using an espresso machine (or open to learning)
Friendly, approachable, and excited to engage with guests
Able to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
A team player who communicates well and collaborates with others
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality drinks
Willing to learn how to make hot chocolate, matcha, and other teas

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Preparing and serving espresso-based drinks with precision and care
- Learning how to dial in coffee and ensure consistent quality
- Making specialty drinks such as hot chocolate, matcha lattes, and a variety of teas
- Engaging with guests and offering recommendations based on their preferences
- Assisting with the overall smooth operation of the café, including service and cleaning
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Contributing to a positive and friendly team environment
