**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to carry out project management for infrastructure and industrial asset developments to ensure that works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality, as well as to satisfy sustainability requirements.
- Conduct pre-qualification of contractors and consultants, prepare tender document, evaluate tender, etc
- Review consultant designs, drawings and specifications so as to achieve optimum cost
- Conduct technical feasibility study for new township or Industrial Park including designing infrastructure concept and new building typology/concept
- Assist local technical teams in carrying out technical due diligence for M&A projects
- Liaise with various stakeholders including project owner, consultants, contractors and authorities for matters that arise during planning and construction stage
- Propose recommendations and implement solutions for all civil and structural (C&S) related matters
- Assist to maintain technical documents for auditing
- Review/ update standard operating procedures of the Project Services Department
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in C&S design, project management and site construction works
- Familiar with design, Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations and Green Building & Sustainability Design
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers
- Possess strong problem solving skills and able to work well independently and in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad and other Project Management or Quality Management systems
- Willing to travel when business need arises
