Senior/Executive, OT Cyber Security

**Job Purpose**
Cybersecurity, especially in the domain of Operational Technology (OT), and operational resilience are of critical importance in today’s world. We are looking for passionate security
- minded individuals to join us in delivering a strong cybersecurity system in SMRT.
- The Executive/Senior Executive, OT Cybersecurity assists the Team Lead on the key areas of cybersecurity management system, including compliance, education and awareness programme, development and/or review of authorised operating documents as well as management reporting. He/she also provides Business Unit-level support and advice to the line Divisions in cybersecurity matters, including in the areas of asset management, active monitoring & reporting and audit.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing security assessments to determine whether the controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended and meeting the security requirements.
- Assist in developing and/or reviewing authorised operating documents such as cybersecurity manual and procedures to ensure that all OT systems are secured in accordance with security standards and guidelines.
- Assist in establishing a cybersecurity awareness program to strengthen cybersecurity awareness for all Trains Staff.
- Support the training programme to build the competency of cybersecurity personnel.
- Provide support in establishing mechanisms and processes for the detection of cybersecurity threats and incidents.
- Report on the status of OT Cyber events for submission to the management and/or Authority.
- Manage CII and Non-CII Asset Information & Security baselines, Identity Management, Authentication and Access Control Technical security solutions are managed to ensure the security and resilience of systems and assets.
- Assist to plan, coordinate and/or supervise assigned activities to optimise the utilisation of resources available to ensure that activities such as cybersecurity audits and other compliance requirements are completed within schedule.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- BSc degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 to 4 year(s) of working experience in engineering field is required for this position.
- CCNA or CEH or CISA will be advantageous.

**Skills**
- Good knowledge in designing, implementing and troubleshooting IP network.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, standards and processes, such as system/ network hardening.
- Knowledge of security management and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as the Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) will be advantageous.
- Ability to translate cybersecurity threats or risk to impacts on the OT environment and appropriate mitigation techniques will be advantageous.
