Leasing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximise the sales volume
and leasing activities for 3 of our companies’ industrial properties at Senoko Road and Burn
Road.

2. Establish and maintain relationship with key decision makers in the leasing network,
including small, middle and/or large corporates

3. Identify and negotiate with potential tenants on new leases and follow through with all
documentation to complete the lease transaction

4. Maintain good relationship with existing tenants and handle all lease renewals
5. Execute marketing and communication activities for (a) tenant relationship management and

(b) to build up network of potential tenants
6. Meet or exceed the targets set for the portfolio of properties responsible for
7. Will be involved in budgeting or costing activities
8. Any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:
1. Tertiary education in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or any related discipline
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience
3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
4. Good knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation for leasing
5. Should have some facility maintenance or engineering knowledge to manage the assigned

properties effectively
6. Proven track record in office sales and leasing
7. Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and tenant

relationship management skills
9. Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a

constantly evolving environment

**can support the Leasing Manager efficiently.
