Join us at Newport Dental, a small family dental practice located at Kallang Wave mall (Stadium MRT). We believe in serving the community and maintaining good relations with the customers we serve.

We're looking to you to assist the dental surgeon and manage the front desk, ensuring our patients are well looked after, and anticipating their needs. To do this we are looking for someone with empathy and enthusiasm, who loves working with people and willing to go the extra mile for patients to make them comfortable.

The environment is dynamic so you should be meticulous and able to multi-task. It would be great if you can speak a language other than English, you do need to be keen to learn.

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare patients for treatments and check up
- Select and Set up instruments ,equipments and material
- Sterilize instruments, follow strict infection control protocol
- Assist the dentist through 4 handed dentistry
- Keep the operatory well stocked
- schedule appointments and assist with payment procedures
- Registration and discharge (dispensing medication, collecting payment, arrange appointments and provide reminders, etc.)
- Managing inventory and ordering stock
- You will be the touch point for patient enquiries (be it in person, on the phone, chat or by WhatsApp), and ensure that patient records and other supplies are in order.
- You will have to make sure the clinic environment is kept clean and welcoming.
- Submit medisave claims, lab cases, as well as insurance/other claims
- Other duties that may be added over time
