We are not your average advertising analytics practice at Just Global. Our analytics team is writing a fresh measurement and reporting narrative, using innovation, training and collaboration with industry-leading experts and resources as our guide. **Requirements**:
**Who You are**:
The Associate Director, Analytics will be responsible for partnering with teams across account services, strategy, creative, and paid media specialties on crafting and implementing modern measurement plans. These plans involve multi-channel reporting that provides data-driven insights which lead to actionable optimizations to propel client business objectives. This professional will also work with Supervisors and junior staff to ensure client analytics work is accomplished above standards. They will be responsible for ensuring measurement plans, dashboarding and reporting, insights, and optimization recommendation for assigned clients is conducted under best practices. They will consult with clients and internal teams on data best practices, industry trends and campaign strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee execution and workloads for several accounts by closely managing Supervisors and other analysts to ensure analytics work is accomplished with high degree of excellence
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration by working closely with senior account and team leads for assigned accounts
- Oversee onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and establish successful Analytics processes and relationships
- Review measurement strategies for media campaigns and ensure reporting and dashboards meet measurement strategy requirements
- Support in the preparation and presentation of QBRs and yearly client reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations on account performance to clients
- Regularly review reporting and help with Analysts observations and optimizations input
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, identify optimization opportunities, and forecast performance
- Have extensive experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Oversee team workloads and deliverables to ensure adherence to client SOWs. Identify bandwidth problems and help alleviate the workload bottlenecks when necessary
- Facilitate training for team members when needed to ensure team has necessary skills to meet job requirements
- Assist Analysts in the development and monitoring of annual individual goals-setting

**Key Skills/Abilities**:

- Extensive client management and project management experience
- Experience managing and mentoring 3-5 direct reports
- In-depth understanding of multi-channel marketing with an ability to provide deep data analysis and provide actionable insights
- Previous hands-on experience with media strategy and execution
- Comfortable meeting with clients at the brand manager, director, VP, and CMO levels and presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to manage, mentor, and teach others while maintaining focus on multiple deliverables and client needs
- Familiarity with campaign trafficking and tagging, and campaign management platforms
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and programming languages such as R
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI
- A natural researcher with the ability to think strategically, connect information from various sources, and tell a story
