**What the role is**
- VITAL uses a Case Management System, running on.Net and MS-Dynamics CRM 2013 platforms, to facilitate the delivery of corporate shared services to Government Ministries, Departments, Organs of State, and Statutory Boards.
VITAL is looking to redesign and revamp the existing system into a new integrated shared services system complete with state-of-the-art Cloud-enabled technologies to improve operational efficiencies, enhance user experiences and transform Shared Services delivery for the whole of government.

**What you will be working on**
- Integrated shared services system
- Assist in the tender evaluation process for the new system.
- Be part of an agile team and participate in all phases of agile product development to deliver the project timely and with good quality.
- Collaborate and communicate within the agile teams to keep pace with agile delivery schedule and escalate any project-related issues to the business project manager.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, prepare discussion materials or slide decks, note down salient points of meetings and follow through action items resulting from these meetings.
- Support internal and external stakeholders during go-live activities for the new system, by responding actively to their queries and assisting with a smooth system transition.
- Assist in the curation and regular maintenance of materials such as the knowledge base used for a Virtual Agent, online help articles and training materials such that these self-service tools stay relevant and up-to-date, thereby promoting sustainable usage of the new system.
- Support ongoing enhancements for the current system.

Automation and Data Visualisation Projects
- Development of a data visualisation and analytics dashboard for reporting of Errors and Lapses using Power BI or other available data analytic tools.
- Assist with the automation and data visualisation of service performance infographics to Service Partners.
- Assist in solutioning manual and tedious preparation of quotations by Account Managers for greater efficiency and to create capacity.

**What we are looking for**
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in data visualisation/analytic tools, programming and RPA knowledge for automation of reports and tasks
- Prior experience in development and implementation of new systems is desirable.
- Strong belief and commitment in pursuing outcomes that are beneficial to the whole-of-government, clients' mission and VITAL's vision.
- Strong analytical, organisation, solutioning and planning skills.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work effectively in a team.
