**Responsibilities**:

- Design & develop overall game architecture for F2P (Free to Play) games, including such as database, security, integration, AI mechanics, in-game store, monetization, social networking, room matchmaking and leaderboard.
- Propose, design, implement and test game features & systems with other designers in the team.
- Work actively to help the team achieve project targets while maintaining the standards set by the Stakeholders.
- Meet vision and goals of the company / entity to the best of capabilities.
- Maintain and also improve the code base to ensure that the game is optimized to run smoothly on mobile platform and seamless back-end integration.
- Prototyping new game concepts and improve current builds.
- Drive communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Work as one team with designers and artists or 3rd party developers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Game Design, programming, analytics or equivalent work experiences.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Critical thinking and able to think out of the box.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Full-Stack Developers with game development experience are preferred.
- Good knowledge of game architecture and technologies (gameplay, rendering, physics, AI, networking etc).
- Proficient in debugging, profiling and performance optimization especially mobile platforms for both OS.
- Proven success in game development background working on commercial mobile F2P (Free to Play) games.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of game development experience with Unity including backend components such as server, database, networking etc.
- Strong in and familiar with Unity 3D
- Knowlegde of setting up, management, publishing games onto GooglePlay and Apple Store respectively.
- Knowledge and experienced in creating Technical Design Document (TDD) and other required documents where applicable.
- Strong programming skills with C# and other programming languages for mobile game development.
- A genuine interest in F2P (Free to Play) mobile games, as well as the wider world of gaming as a developer and as a player (console, PC, other handheld devices).
- Knowledge and experience with Unity LiveOps / PlayFab.
- Able to convert and convey Unity legacy Analytics and / Unity Analytics UGS data analytics for overall game iterations and improvement.
- Utilise and engage in best pactises as a programmer.
- Knowledge on game integration onto common social platforms.
- C#, JavaScript and HTML, CSS.
- Others skills: Node Programming Language (NPL) / Node, Python, ASP.NET, PHP, Web Architecture.
- Experienced with version control systems eg. Git

**Bonus**:

- Proven Casual game genre development experience for mobile platforms.
- Knowledge and experience with Unity VFX.

**Salary**: $4,200.00 - $6,000.00 per month
