**Job Descriptions**:
- Report functionally to Procurement/Subcon Manager
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support duties of various departments pertaining to sourcing of items/parts for vessel/project etc
- Issuance of Purchase Order to selected vendors
- Act as a liaison between the vendors and the engineers/requestors for the correct items to be purchased for vessel/project etc.
- Responsible for the expediting activities with Vendors for all the supplies for the vessel/project etc
- Monitoring of purchase orders delivery to the correct delivery point base on the vessels/project location after PO is approved
- Proactively engage with the Vendor to determine and verify that the manufacturing progress achieved is validated with the percentage of the progress reported
- Clarify with Vendor a detail list of sub-vendors at very early stage of supply
- Identify any areas of concern that would impact the timely delivery of the order
- Assist the Procurement/Subcon Manager in preparation of Clarification and CBE of the vendors/subcontractors
- Prepare and verify of invoices and delivery orders for submission of payment after goods receive on the vessels to the finance department.
- Any additional procurement task as and when required.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
