**Job Scope**:
- Provide **product information** (training will be provided)
- Prepare and send **quotations**:
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production)
- Perform **basic admin duties** (filing, data entry, order tracking)
**Requirements**:
- Able to **speak English and Mandarin** (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Friendly, organised, and willing to learn
- Prior office or customer service experience is a bonus
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
Work Location: In person
