The incumbent of this position will support the planning and strategizing of programming/activities to deliver a seamless suite of services for Recreation Centers (RC). Manage contracts with vendors, instructors, and service providers to secure equipment, facilities, and professional services required for program offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase awareness and participation in recreational programs, including social media campaigns, local advertising, and outreach events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs and services through participant feedback, attendance records, and financial analysis, adjusting as necessary to meet visitors’ needs and optimize resource use.
- Review and recommend strategies to improve on the suite of services provided (eg how to increase footfall, garner partnerships, and workers’ patronage, etc)
- Advocate for the development and improvement of recreational facilities and spaces, including presenting proposals to NTUC Club and seeking grant funding to support expansion and enhancement projects.
- Prepare reports for updates/communications/financial reporting for management, including minutes writing.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business management/marketing/other relevant discipline
- Min 3 years of work experience in community services, marketing, etc
- Excellent written and presentation skills,
- Data analysis skillset will be ideal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekends/public holidays when required
- Knowledgeable in various marketing channels, network, etc
- Advanced MS office competency - proficient in Words, PowerPoint, Excel
- Familiar with collaborative work using SharePoint, Miro, calendar etc
