We are a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) coffee company based in Singapore. Our mission is to bring high-quality coffee products to consumers across Southeast Asia, with a special focus on expanding our presence in the Greater China region.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in Asian markets.
- Identify and establish new distribution channels and partnerships within the coffee industry.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the coffee industry.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings for regional markets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- **8+ years of sales leadership experience in the coffee or beverage industry**, with a focus on Asia.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the coffee industry, including trends, competitors, and distribution channels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Asia.
