**Responsibilities**:
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope
- Develop accurate cost estimates and detailed analysis for various construction projects
- Measure quantities, compile Bills of Quantities (BQ), and coordinate with suppliers to call for quotations for tender submissions
- Prepare comprehensive tender packages, including pre-qualification documents, clarifications, evaluations, and reports, while providing insightful analysis and recommendations
- Attend site showrounds to gain a better understanding of project requirements and client expectations
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field preferably, but if you are interested and have relevant skills, you are welcome to apply.
- Open to consider fresh graduates.
- Relevant experiences in quantity surveying / tendering will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a passion for cost management and project analysis
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
