**Responsibilities**
- Drive customer experience initiatives in Sales and Aftersales to improve customer service and loyalty
- Oversee and implement multiple programs to build a service-oriented culture
- Handle the resolution of customers’ feedback and concerns
- Analyze all customer service survey results and implement improvement plans
- Manage and control all Sales and Aftersales standards, processes and audits as per manufacturer’s requirements
- Manage all learning and training developments as per manufacturer’s requirements**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 3 years of customer service experience in luxury retail
Strong communication skills and customer-centric personality
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Process-driven, meticulous, highly motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timeline
