**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualise, design and create captivating moving images or videos tailored to project requirements or digital platform(s).

2. Create style frame designs (storyboarding) through sketches and illustrations.

3. Edit live-action footage and graphics sequences with a flair for handling complex scenes and stories.

5. Participate in live-production endeavors, such as podcasts, on-ground shooting, and events.

6. Provide assistance and support to the design team regarding media and motion-related tasks.

7. Support to Creative Director

8. Effectively communicate design briefs with stakeholders and ensure close follow-up on deliverables.

Requirements：

a) Minimum Diploma/Degree in Motion Graphics Design, Digital Media Design, or related fields and qualification.

b) Proven experience in editing live-action video and motion graphics.

c) Demonstrated flair in motion design and strong post-production management capabilities.

d) Proficient in using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

e) Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Figma, and Blender will be advantageous.

f) Excellent design and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment.

g) Previous experience working with video production houses, projects, or graphic design teams would be an advantage (minimum of 2-3 years).

h) Willing to learn and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced real estate environment.
