Singapore WSH EXPERTS PTE LTD Full time

**Counter Duties**:

- Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors

appropriately upon their arrival at the Counter,
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls,
- Attending to parents, visitors, and vendors via phone calls and

walk-ins,
- Attending to unwell students in the sick bay.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Support logistics and administrative tasks related to school

activities and events,
- Pack documents and collaterals,
- Receive and sort daily mail, manage faxing, mailing, and handle

all correspondence, including maintaining accurate data entry

using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word,
- Receive and manage office supplies, as well as print and

photocopy documents,
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Administration

Managers, Vice-Principals, or the Principal.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
